1. About This Website
JeremyMellul.com concerns Jeremy Mellul, also known as Jer Mellul, a Canadian born April 29, 1997, associated with Montréal, Québec and Miami, Florida. Further identifying information appears on the Jeremy Mellul Subject Profile. The website does not concern unrelated people who may share the same or a similar name.
JeremyMellul.com is an independent public-information and contributor-reporting website. It collects and publishes contributor accounts, complaints, allegations, supporting material, public records and other relevant sources concerning reported interactions involving Jeremy Mellul.
Its purpose is to allow individual experiences to be documented, relevant material to be preserved, separate accounts to be compared, and readers to examine the available information for themselves.
The website is not a court, law-enforcement agency or regulatory authority and does not determine criminal guilt or civil liability.
2. Contributor Reports and Moderation

The site may request clarification or supporting material, decline publication, qualify material where appropriate, or remove material.
Review, moderation or publication does not mean that JeremyMellul.com adopts, endorses or independently verifies every allegation, characterization, conclusion or opinion expressed by a contributor.
If the site edits a contributor report, it does not add factual allegations or materially alter the meaning of the contributor’s account.
Where contributor material is summarized, factual allegations should remain attributed to the contributor, contributors or underlying source material.
By submitting material, a contributor confirms, to the best of their knowledge, that the information supplied is truthful, has not been knowingly fabricated or materially manipulated, distinguishes personal knowledge from information received from somebody else, and may lawfully be supplied to the site.
Nothing in these Terms waives any immunity, privilege, defense, procedural protection or other protection that may apply to contributor-supplied or third-party content under applicable law.
3. Evidence, Privacy and Anonymous Contributors
Supporting material may include messages, screenshots, payment records, transaction information, correspondence, photographs, public records and other contemporaneous material.
Not every item reviewed by the site will necessarily be published.
Contributors may remain anonymous publicly. Names, contact details, usernames, profile photographs, exact timestamps, payment references, account information, addresses and other identifying details may be redacted or withheld where publication is unnecessary or could identify an anonymous contributor.
Original material may be retained privately while only a redacted extract, summary, paraphrase or description is published.
A complaint, correction request, Right of Reply submission or demand for removal does not create a right to identify an anonymous contributor, inspect unpublished source files, obtain unredacted material or require publication of information capable of identifying a contributor.
A factual challenge may be assessed against confidential supporting material without that material being disclosed to the person making the challenge.
Verification does not require publication.
JeremyMellul.com does not promise absolute anonymity against binding legal process. It will not voluntarily identify contributors merely because somebody disputes a report or demands to know who supplied the information.
4. Corrections and Right of Reply
Jeremy Mellul, and any other person materially identified on this website, may challenge a published factual statement or submit a substantive response.
Anyone challenging published material should identify the exact page and statement disputed, explain specifically why it is said to be inaccurate or misleading, state what they contend the correct factual position to be, and provide any documents, messages, records or other supporting material they want considered.
JeremyMellul.com will review a sufficiently specific challenge against the relevant contributor account and available source material.
Where a genuine material factual error is established, the site may correct, clarify or remove it.
Where evidence remains genuinely disputed, the site may identify the dispute and publish or summarize an appropriate response while preserving the underlying contributor account and source record.
A general denial, objection, complaint, demand letter or threat of proceedings does not, by itself, resolve a factual dispute or establish that published material is inaccurate.
The Right of Reply exists to permit correction and substantive response. It is not a mechanism for identifying contributors, obtaining confidential source material or conducting discovery through the website.
Material supplied in support of a response or correction may be retained as part of the record. Subject to privacy and legal considerations, the site may publish a substantive response, accurately summarize it, or state that a particular allegation is disputed.
Correcting, clarifying, qualifying, updating or removing published material does not, by itself, constitute an admission that previous publication was defamatory, malicious, negligent, knowingly false or unlawful.
5. Public Records and Third-Party Material
JeremyMellul.com may quote, describe, screenshot, reproduce where legally permitted, embed or link to publicly available material from social-media platforms, news organizations, professional listings, court records, government sources and other publicly accessible sources.
This may include publicly posted photographs, videos, captions, comments and other material relevant to identity, chronology, contributor reports or source verification.
Quoting, linking to, displaying or embedding third-party material does not mean that JeremyMellul.com independently verifies or endorses every statement contained within the original source.
Public material may be cropped, redacted, paraphrased or described where necessary to protect contributors or remove unnecessary private information.
Mentioning a relative, friend, employer, business, payment recipient or other third party does not imply participation in alleged misconduct. Such people or organizations may be identified where genuinely relevant to identity, chronology, public records, source material or understanding a contributor account.
6. Intimate Material, Comments and Prohibited Use
JeremyMellul.com does not publish intimate photographs or videos of contributors, and contributors should not submit them.
Where a contributor reports an alleged threat involving intimate material, the alleged threat may be described and relevant communications may be reviewed or published in appropriately redacted form without publishing the intimate material itself.
Comments and other public submissions may be moderated. Publication of a comment does not mean that JeremyMellul.com independently verifies or endorses every statement made by the commenter.
The website must not be used to identify anonymous contributors, threaten or intimidate contributors, retaliate against them, distribute private intimate material, dox another person, impersonate somebody else, fabricate evidence, organize unlawful retaliation or interfere with operation or security of the website.
Publication of a contributor report is not an invitation to contact, confront, threaten or retaliate against anybody.
7. Submitted Material
Contributors retain ownership of material they submit.
By submitting material, a contributor grants JeremyMellul.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, store, review, redact, anonymize, translate, reproduce, excerpt, summarize, publish, display and archive that material for purposes connected with the website.
This includes retaining source material where the publicly displayed version is later corrected, updated or removed.
Anyone who believes material appearing on JeremyMellul.com infringes copyright, trademark or another intellectual-property right should identify the material complained of, where it appears, the right claimed and sufficient information to permit the complaint to be assessed.
Nothing in these Terms waives any rights or defenses that may apply to quotation, criticism, commentary, reporting, linking, embedding, public records or other legally permitted use.

9. Rights, Disclaimer and Liability
Nothing in these Terms waives any immunity, privilege, defense, procedural protection, jurisdictional objection or other right available under applicable law.
JeremyMellul.com is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
Reasonable efforts may be made to review, moderate, update and correct published material, but no warranty is given that every contributor account, public record, third-party source or external link will always be complete, current or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JeremyMellul.com and those involved in its operation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising solely from access to, inability to access or reliance upon the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
10. Iceland Hosting and Governing Law
JeremyMellul.com uses hosting infrastructure located in Iceland.
Hosting location does not create immunity from applicable law and does not, by itself, determine every question of jurisdiction, governing law or liability concerning material accessible internationally.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any contractual relationship arising from a user’s affirmative acceptance of these Terms, submission of material, posting of comments or use of interactive website features is governed by the laws of Iceland.
Contractual disputes arising directly from that relationship shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Iceland.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes consent to the jurisdiction, venue, governing law or service procedures of any other jurisdiction, or waives any objection concerning jurisdiction, forum, service, applicable law, authorship, publication, ownership, control or liability.
This provision does not purport to eliminate mandatory laws, rights or jurisdictions that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

JeremyMellul.com may preserve contributor submissions, supporting documents, correspondence, correction requests, Right of Reply submissions, previous versions of pages and records of amendments where reasonably relevant to documenting what was received and the basis upon which material was published.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
